You can place an order online by choosing the tab ‘Shop’ at the menu bar. Here you will find all articles which are available through the webshop at the time, sorted into different categories.
For more information about an item, click on the article. Here you will find information like size, technique, etc. By clicking on the picture you can see a larger version of the image.

If you want to place an order, you must first register. This is done in the menu 'User menu', right of the screen, under ‘Register’. To register means that you create a user name and password. After you have done this you can log in. You will need a valid email address. Through this e-mail address you will receive a confirmation. For registration it is also required to fill in some personal data such as your name and shipping address.
After registration you can now log in using the login option, customize your information, see your order status, doing more orders etc.
All of these actions are located in a secure web environment. The lock on the left of the site data (www.melissahalley.nl / ...) shows you are indeed in the secure area.

You can add a product to the cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button.
Right on the webpage you will find the shopping cart. With the x-button you can remove added products.
Please note that the shopping cart is only visible in the 'shop' menu.
When you are finished shopping, press the button ' proceed to checkout '.
You're in the secure web environment now. The lock on left of the site data (www.melissahalley.nl / ...) shows you are indeed in the secure area.
Now the shipping costs are included in the payment specification. In the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 5, -.
In Western Europe it’s € 10, -, in the rest of Europe € 16, - and outside Europe € 25, -.

At ‘payment method’, you can specify how you want to pay. Within the Netherlands you can pay through your bank (Bank Transfer) or via PayPal. If you don’t have a Dutch bank account the option ‘Bank Transfer’ is not possible.
Paying through a Dutch bank account is free. When payment takes place via PayPal a fee of 6% of the product total incl. VAT is charged.
In most cases the payment button is set to ‘Bank Transfer’. If this is the case the button is blue. If you prefer to pay by PayPal, click on the button 'PayPal' and you will notice this button has now has turned blue.
Next press the square button to the left of the text ‘Please accept the Terms and Conditions before proceeding’. If you don’t check this box the order cannot proceed.
By clicking on the link of the text you will find the terms and conditions both in Dutch and English. You can also check the terms & conditions in the User Menu at the bottom.

At this time you can still change or cancel your order.
After accepting the terms and conditions you place your order by clicking ‘finish’.
