Alle prijzen in deze webshop zijn consumentenprijzen in euro's inclusief BTW.
Als het gaat om product informatie is er hard aan gewerkt om alle informatie correct op de site weer te geven. Echter aan eventuele fouten kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
Kleuren kunnen op een beeldscherm anders overkomen dan in het echt.
De webwinkel is tweetalig. Doormiddel van de vlaggetjes rechts in het scherm kiest u voor de Engelse of Nederlandse versie.
Betaling binnen Nederland
U kunt uw bestelling betalen via uw (Nederlandse) bankrekening of PayPal. Aan het betalen via uw Nederlandse bankrekening zijn geen extra kosten verbonden.
Bij betalingen met PayPal wordt er 6 % betaalkosten in rekening gebracht. Dit percentage is gebaseerd op het totaalbedrag van het product, inclusief BTW.
Zodra u een bestelling plaatst wordt het betreffende item voor u gereserveerd. Een reservering, zonder daarop volgende betaling, wordt 7 kalenderdagen voor u vastgehouden. Nadat uw volledige betaling binnen is zal overgegaan worden tot verzending van uw bestelling. Uw betaling vindt plaats binnen een beveiligde betaalomgeving.
Verzending binnen Nederland
Uw bestelling zal zo snel mogelijk na ontvangst van complete betaling naar u toe verzonden worden. Normaal gesproken is dit binnen 7 werkdagen, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
U krijgt een bevestiging per e-mail wanneer uw pakket is verzonden, samen met de track & trace code.
Voor verzending binnen Nederland wordt € 5,- gerekend. Voor verzending naar het buitenland gelden andere verzendkosten. Zie hiervoor de tekst hieronder: Verzending buiten Nederland.
Betaling buiten Nederland
U kunt uw bestelling betalen via PayPal. Hiervoor wordt 6 % betaalkosten in rekening gebracht. Dit percentage is gebaseerd op het totaalbedrag van het product, inclusief BTW.

Verzending buiten Nederland
Voor verzendingen binnen West-Europa worden verzendkosten van € 10,- gerekend. In de rest van Europa € 16,- en buiten Europa € 25,-.
Eventuele douanekosten of kosten voor invoerrechten zijn voor de consument.
Verzendproces
Melissa Halley is verantwoordelijk voor het product tijdens het verzenden tot aan ontvangst.
De producten worden degelijk verpakt. Mochten er tijdens het verzenden toch beschadigingen zijn ontstaan is dit voor de verantwoordelijkheid van Melissa Halley en zal er in samenspraak met de klant naar een oplossing worden gezocht.
Beschadigingen dienen doormiddel van foto’s van het beschadigde, ongeopende pakket en beschadigde inhoud overlegd worden.

Bedenktijd
U heeft als consument 14 kalenderdagen bedenktijd. Dit houdt in dat na orderbevestiging de verkoop gedurende 14 kalenderdagen kan worden ontbonden. Deze tijd gaat in vanaf de eerste dag na ontvangst van het product. Na ontbinding van de verkoop heeft de consument 14 kalenderdagen om het product retour te zenden.
Als u toch niet over wil gaan tot aankoop van het eerder bestelde product stuurt u dan een mail naar:

Reden van retour
Retourneren
Retourneren is mogelijk binnen 14 kalenderdagen na ontbinding van de verkoopovereenkomst.
Het product dient in de originele staat en verpakking retour te worden verzonden.
Bij retournering zijn de verzendkosten voor de consument.
Het valt aan te raden het verzenden op dezelfde wijze te doen als dat het u is toegekomen, met een track & trace code.
De consument is verantwoordelijk voor het product tijdens het retour verzenden tot aan het ontvangen van het product door Melissa Halley.
Producten dienen tijdens het retour vervoer deugdelijk verpakt te zijn. Dit is de verantwoordelijkheid van de consument.
Als er bij aankomst beschadigingen zijn opgetreden die te wijten zijn aan ondeugdelijke verpakking door de consument heeft Melissa Halley het recht om niet over te gaan tot terug betaling van het aankoopbedrag.
Bij correcte retournering zullen alle kosten die door de consument zijn gedaan bij aankoop (aankoop product, eventuele kosten betaalmethode, kosten verzending) binnen 14 kalenderdagen worden terugbetaald na ontvangst van het te retourneren product.
Echter, het retourneren van het product gebeurd op kosten van de consument.

Payment within the Netherlands
You can pay your order through your (Dutch) bank account or PayPal. There are no additional costs to paying via your Dutch bank account. When paying via PayPal a 6% payment fee will be charged. This percentage is based on the total amount of the product, including VAT.

Shipping within the Netherlands
Your order will be sent as soon as possible after receiving full payment. Usually within 7 working days, unless agreed differently.
You will receive a confirmation email when your package has been shipped, along with the track & trace code.

Shipping Process
Melissa Halley is responsible for the product during door to door transport .
The products are properly packaged. When damage does occur during shipping there will be sought for a solution in concurrence with both parties.
Damages must be submitted through photos of the damages, both the unopened package and damaged contents.

Change of heart
The consumer has 14 calendar days to change his/ her mind. Time starts the day after receiving the product. When the consumer does have a change of heart he or she has 14 days to return the product.

- Your name
- Order number (you can find the order number in your mail order and on your bill)
- Article title (you can find the article title in your mail order and on your bill)
- Reason for return
Returns
Returns are possible within 14 calendar days after termination of the sales contract.
The product should to be sent return to sender in the original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to Melissa Halley.
Please send the return item the same way as it arrived, with a track & trace code or make sure to save the postal receipt.
In case of a return the consumer is responsible for the door to door shipment back to Melissa Halley.
Products should be properly packed during the return transport. This is the responsibility of the consumer.
If upon arrival damages have occurred which are due to improper packaging Melissa Halley has the right not to return payment to the consumer.
When the return occurs without any damages or other mishaps all costs made by the consumer before the return will be refunded within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
However, the return costs of the product are the responsibility of the consumer.
